...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

This company is open for construction and maintenance work of refinery,oil and gas.I love this company because it help me to learn many things and I am too happy to see his employee hiring system

Dislikes

Compensation is best ,but progress is slow. Too much work pressure at site some time I work 12to 16hour in a day

I have tried to upgrade their job policies and procedures, but there senior didn't like, so I left my efforts.

Dislikes

Executive engineer didn't listen their quality person, and their site Incharge trying to bypass quality with their executive person.

The company job culture is good And the company good management. Also job security is excellent... Company policies is average... Overall facility is good

I am dislike about swamina there have politics in warking field... Also company poicies about growth of the company is average.. Same kind of work... For a new employee..its not for place
