...nd the management is good and transparent. Staff is friendly and good in nature.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and salary hike is average but they give good bonus every year.

Behave with employees like use and throw HR is not listen to employees he always focus to save ur job only and company owner's nephew and son interfere in project site they are not professionally connect with site staff and treat to employee like labour....no value of Engineer Manager and GM at Site ..... Totally lala ki dukan hai jab marji mana kar dete Employee ko k kal se mat ana site par...

Company is good but system is not good. All work and benefits is good.

Dislikes

No any culture, no any timing for staff, every day or week change timings work like as labour. Staff coming 8- 8.30am and company given time 9.30. no any sitting arrangement, treated as rude behaviour of EHS Manager who is abused everyone just like as physio person. So, before you join first know him than join. After join he is stated treated within next days and take demand money.

I loved working for the Company. I enjoyed working there a lot. Adequate staff in the company for each and every task has been assigned. The company is properly managed. If you mistakes and ask seniors they help you out and support a lot in the learning process. I also learnt a lot in the company.

For this period of 3 year, I got to learn a lot from this organisation. Started my career as a trainee and became a billing & planning engineer in very short period of time.
