I most liked the training component of SBM Urban. I was given the opportunity to organize some esteemed training in SBM and I learned a lot of professional things. The work culture was good and not pressured. The team leader was much concerned to work and dedicated. But one thing, Job security was at stake due to the short agreement with Haryana Urban Local Bodies.

Dislikes

There was a short agreement with IPE Global and the Directorate of Urban Local Bodied. There were 6 days working for a consultant but office day only for 5 days. We were pressurized to work on Saturday.

Likes

Being a City Project Officer in urban area, I have been forced to work in quarantine center located at Rural area. Although cleanliness is directly related to the mission, there must be certain guidelines that could be followed to make the mission reach near ti goal in such pandemic situation, but receiving warning letter cause of remaining at home during lockdown period demoralise an employee's gist.

An employee is forced to work in such area where he is not suppose to be.
