This is philosophy.. He only know how to drink 3Mags of Coffee a Day , How Haress Hod for for No nonsense Output.. And Foremost, Finding , Grammatical mistakes in presentation.. Best quality of his is Sleeping in Meeting infront Of MD and HOD , MD use to awake me , PS kindly answer.. How demotivate/ cut the earning hardworking Operators After Management Permission, is his best quality, and shows saving to management against his KPI.. He also run , Great Indian Production Circus Meeting.. without any solutions and conclusion..

Management is good and listening to the issues of employees. Good environment to work with. Lot of facilities provided. The only issue is the far distance from station. No commute available.

Dislikes

Good hands on training given to new employees. But NO typical class room trainings available. One need to learn himself.

Working Condition of Svp is very good, career opportunities is all about yourself how you can give ur efforts, overall management and staff are supportive, travel is little bit longer but as per the company provides it tooo. Hence it was a nice working with Svp during that 4 years....
