There's nothing to like about the institution

Dislikes

Their whole management from upper to lower is the worst. Specially HR department are such low grade. They don't even have decency to reply to you important emails. They never responds to call, messages and emails. After your resignation you should forgot about you f&f as the HR dept will starts to ghost you. Upon contacting Managers They will say "I am not supposed to give you f&f payment" Quite a bad experience I had with them.

The company culture is very good for working people. I am very lucky that I am part of this prestigious company. His growth for fy17/18 is 18% as per awac data .among all 60 to 70 top companies as per org data. This company has given me opportunity to promote Asm to Rsm.

Dislikes

In this company , company wants results without promotional planing. With any HO support company want result 100%. If in this company people sale will be less than budget then salary and expenses will delayed. This type of approach i am dislike. Otherwise all working environment is good.
