The management doesn't have any clue regarding what they're doing. Politics is so rampant in this company that from the bottom to top department-head level, there are various lobbies which clash often and it becomes difficult for the employees to understand what work process and trajectory to follow. In sales department, there's no job security. Promotions are very rare.

It's a worst & company to work. I only get an experience in past 6 years but never get a satisfied salary or increament. Company management always prefer those who says yes in everything. Favouritism & Partiality always seems. Never fixed with location in past 6 years. Traveling a lot but never get an Appreciation. Use your skill & flexibility for company growth. No one is stable on their words. Job security now days is 0. Never want to go back

There are Lack of Experience people in sales. So inexperienced People Cannot fit to the Company Culture. Lack of Professionalism is Harmful to the company growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joinees.

In collection team there is lack of leadership and management does not take action or reach out to the ground level employees to solve the issues.No growth for an individual career.

In this company at the time of interview HR told me that you have to see Gujarat, but after the joining HR & my reporting manager told me that you have been working location is Maharashtra, your seating location is only Gujarat.
