...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I worked more than 03 years in this company . I improved my skills .There was lost of thing to learn.

3-4 employees were not good . They not wanted that others employees grow. Those 3-4 employees made environment bad those and they behave to others like as owner

Svam power is a company where team work is really enjoyable ,persons having more than 20 to 25 years experience, even most of them started their career and till continue over past 20 years in SVAM, so job security is key account, work environment is very friendly and appreciable.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, no body looks on appraisals even after doing good and dedicated work. which gives pain.
