So the reason for rating is this not for engineering graduates. If you're a engineer and trying to pursue your career in this platform.. big no you are making a big mistake. Try to get into automobile sectors spare parts as you can excerise lot of topics like bill of materials, various parts drawing (naming a few). There's no teammate for me. I was the Only single fresher guy, they didn't allow me to look into big vehicles section for unknown reasons. Since there are no HR's there is no way your work is being monitored, and you're getting proper guidance. I got the knowledge from the mechanics who were working there. To be honest it was my mistake joining in that sector, but still I don't want my juniors to get disappointed. You can pursue in 4 wheelers side and get some basic ideas and experience, switch over to bigger and better firms.

...icials making too many mistakes and they literally put those to the new joinees. Salary was not credited on date. There are so many unexplained deductions (not like ESI, PF) which I won't be getting benefited. No proper guidance No proper hierarchy, organization. I worked there for 9 months and I am pretty sure I did good work there.

Not increase promotion posting. Avarage salary.this salary life balanced very deficult. Holiday very low. medical speciality not support.Room speciality not there.

If there is any Holiday in week than Saturday will be working No direction as the department heads are from different backgrounds but still leading the department for which they don't have any exposure. Same group of 2-3 persons keeps getting transferred within and becomes head. They don't hire expert persons on head level. No work life balance specially in marketing, as you will be forced to be part of meetings post 6:30 pm. You will be forced to work on weekends. You will not have any personal life as you will be treated as a slave every time by your HOD in marketing. Appraisal is not done on time. It will be done around October. Even HR releases the mail that increment amount will come in next salary but than nothing is credited, no clear information. HOD will rate you on personal basis not based on your skills. If you agree with all his decision than you will get a nice rating other wise stay in worst ranks.
