...no one comes to check the work culture, instead they will work you till death. The salary is the worst they will cut 30% of your package as X+Y+Z. If you have a death wish please join the team or else work in Inox or other wind companies at low salaries I will never recommend this company even to the devil himself

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria bad gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This organisation is best one of the wind sector and it's good work culture for new and experienced work man also I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base, as a result, I get to travel abroad, specially to the US and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is sometimes very high I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day.

I am rejoining at mentioned my CV. My power is Here able to our experience are inputted and take outputs our creations and planning CTC. I hope confidently we are achieved in successful projects.

The creations are collapsed through by senior person due to he didn’t conveyed reality to management. This is one of the biggest of my dislikes.
