At site level people are really great they will help you through out your tenure till you are working at Site in O&M

No promotions Do not expect salary hikes. Even if you do good things your Manager will not give you recognition ,either he will show to seniors that he had done this good work or he will not show what good things you have done to improve culture. Promotions & other things will be given to those only who are close to manager Even if he is not doing anything. Always asked to Lie if any senior person visits No integrity at all. Your creativity will not be recognised at all. Lots of Internal politics.

Good work environment but some politics here and basis on work salary is not justify, low salary but work hard. One thing is good for this company learning opportunities very well for freshers.

I worked as Electrical engineer in Kutch Gujarat about three years Management is good,very supportive staff,company policy is also good overall work environment is best

Teammates are very supportive, but in OMS department life of an engineer is like labour. Operation & maintenance department and its management doesn't care about their engineers they only need that their work should be complete any how. it is reality at bottom level engineers suffering from many problems in site job but top management at corporate office not knowing about it because site and area level management shows that they are giving every facilities and values to engineers at company policies says.

...ours in the day not carrying about engineers mental as well as physical helth. And as compared to OMS work salary is too less. 1.4 to 2.4 lacs per annum only with experience or without experience doesn't Matter. In OMS now days their is no career growth due to this old and experience people leaving from this organization because of not recognized by company.
