Very caring. Personally every week medical officer make call and take feedback regarding health with all family members. Also provided emergency numbers to contact for help.

Very Slow growth in salary. No Salary structure as per designation and Grade.

All the Directors are very energetic and too supportive towards employees. Treating all employees as a family. And hats off to our CMD having never giving up attitude in any situation. Its a great place to work. All the technical specialist are welcomed with best remuneration.

Dislikes

... other than this, hence considering those employees as asset but non productive. Those employees who only run after salary hike, leaves company and are rejoined with good hike in salary. Hard work is not considered only display work is considered for those are in support team.

Nothing good about suzlons vadodara plant.

Dislikes

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.

Salary creadit on time,100% support from top management.tour accomodation.

Dislikes

No holidays ,even on Sunday you have to work they gave comp off but work life balance is very bad,in this job you have to ready for travel any time in all over india.
