Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

management+ team both are very good. Basic training provide, 80% job security (best company for dedicated & who want to work with honestly ) career growth possibility is average , salary is less but so many other benefits provided by company, travel average, politics is everywhere, good company for fresher & experience for learning, work environment is good, innovative training provide, average work life for manual worker's but awesome for manager & senior level positions.

Nothing good about suzlons vadodara plant.

Dislikes

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.
