Nothing good about suzlons vadodara plant.

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.

Dislikes. Don't get appraisal as much we expect & Salary is low level compare to other limited firms.And food quality is not Good

At site level people are really great they will help you through out your tenure till you are working at Site in O&M

No promotions Do not expect salary hikes. Even if you do good things your Manager will not give you recognition ,either he will show to seniors that he had done this good work or he will not show what good things you have done to improve culture. Promotions & other things will be given to those only who are close to manager Even if he is not doing anything. Always asked to Lie if any senior person visits No integrity at all. Your creativity will not be recognised at all. Lots of Internal politics.

Company culture very good.they provided work from home facility and complete salary in covid-19 .job secure in suzlon.

I think in every some bad thing also involved but at time I have no any negetivity in this company culture.

Company is good but internal politics are very bad. Middle level managers are only cover their unskilled and old employees for growth.

Dislikes

Salary is below average and there is no personal growth. Work is also boring and repetitive. There is no proper ERP, SAP and MIS System to handle day to day task and performance evaluation of employees work so at the time of appraisal they put in to average grade if your relatives not on senior post in the company.
