The company is in a rapid growth phase. You’ll have so much opportunity to learn and experiment. You’ll get to talk directly to senior level employees and that’s one of the best experience that you could carry over!

The direction of work can be a little more focused. As of now, it’s everywhere. You call everyone your client and start working on it, and at the end of the day they just say they’re not interested. There is a significant internal political play also which demoralises your efforts.
