9 to 6 job with no saturday off, no mobile allowed, few holidays, fewer sick leaves, 2 year bond (aka ''commitment'' in corporate language), offers starting salary from decade year old model with 90's regressive work culture.

The boss is arrogant.They make you write a working agreement.And they also change the agreement without consent of employee and make the employee pay money to when they want to leave the job.They threaten not to give the certificates if the employee refuse to pay money.
