...ised. After updating every tracker they will ask why it is taking soo much time. Salary hike is equal to inflation rate, means there is no hike here in the salary, even with the promotion, it is less than the normal salary hike from other companies, not a company to work long. Job security is also not here, if you are not performing according to their expectations even though you are performing good, you are going to be dismissed.

There are no good things as of now in Sutroli. After management changes everything has changed, earlier it was good.

...ng. They just post the videos of playing games on Linkedin, doing time passes. Salary is too low, you will get good in other companies. They use TeraMind software to track every minute of your work, and what you do. Just YouTube what the TeraMind does.
