I would like to share my job experience is good. The company is open to innovation and using latest technology. Im proudly feel that i am part of this organisation that high quality products and has global client quality base. As result, I get to learn export finance, commercial and exim department work.

Salary not as per market standerd and career growth is slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Overall great experience yet. Work culture is good. For learning purpose so many things to do.

Nothing actually everything going well and the organisation culture is also good. Management is very supportive.

In my past last 14 year I gain lots of knowledge and and enjoyed my work

But one thing is very bad if you are talented no body will promote you. Last 14 year I am working here Export Asst. People using like a rough paper and yet not get one promotion. I really waste my 14 year here.
