Here lot of partially in top management and same community people only getting promotion, hike etc., that spoil other community skilled people who was well deserved. I felt client appreciated much everymonth during month end and year end close (lots of email appreaciation available and no where its highlighted or either its not visible to top management) and same I didn't hear any kind of appreciation internally/sutherland.
