1. Lots of Flexibility. You can apply for remote working whenever you desire 2. Salary always credited on right time. 3. Good for locals who just want a job in their hometown.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance. 2. Lot of micromanagement in less salary. 3. Lot of office politics. 4. Less career growth opportunities and advancement. 5. No fair appraisal system. 6. The worst thing is no job security. They depends upon other companies for their operations. So when the get a project they hire alot of employees but once the project is over they initiate the lay off process unfairly.

...e is there, no appreciation for the work. Just politics, politics and politics. They give salary to employees on time. This is the only good thing I have seen so far.

Dislikes

If they have given you appraisal then they will expect you to work like a bonded labour. If there were 50 hours in a day, they would expect from you to work for 50 hrs for all 7 days.

This company has a one of the useless, this is cheat with with employees, there is no job security, it asked to employees for termination, he and take resignation forcefully. Very haptic job and give mental pressure for work to every employee those who have fresher.
