As I'm working in this company more than a year, I had seen that this is the best platform to start carrier for a beginner as an Architect or a BIM Modeler. Here there is a huge scope of learning technical skills. Flexible timing working hours.

As you must have got the briefing from previous reviews here are some of my enlightening reviews. I had a terrible experience,the company's culture was one of the worst I've encountered. There was a lack of transparency in decision-making, with important changes being implemented without any communication to the employees. The management frequently favored certain employees, creating a sense of favoritism and unfairness. There was also a lack of support for employee growth and development, with minimal training opportunities and no clear career paths. The overall work environment felt toxic, with constant stress, fear of reprimand, and a lack of camaraderie among colleagues. I was disappointed which made me quite frustrated due to the lack of proper documentation provided. As someone who values transparency and efficiency, During my engagement with the company, I encountered documentation related issues .[Joining Letter,Pf Details, Experience Letter].Despite repeated attempts to obtain the required documents, I faced delays and a lack of responsiveness from the company's representatives (Director). This experience not only hindered my ability to proceed with my future professional career effectively. Proper documentation is not just a convenience; it's an essential aspect of any professional interactions. I strongly believe that a company's approach to documentation reflects its dedication to satisfaction and professionalism. So don't ever opt for this company even in your dreams.

Terrible place to work, there is nothing to like here.

The boss expects everyone to work for free and never pays on time. Employees are expected to do admin jobs additionally to the work already assigned to them. There is no HR, no admin, no financial person either. Working hours are 7 days a week, no holidays for 3 months. We are humans not robots. The company personnel are so overworked, they dont have time to communicate with the rest of the team. The boss is never in the office, there is no senior person overseeing the operations either. Everyone works per their on will and wish unlike any proper practice. 90% of the people are inexperienced, there are no protocols, such a messy place to work in.
