Work environment is very toxic, particularly the MD, creates an atmosphere of fear and stress. MD routinely engages in mentally harassing behaviour, belittling employees and make them feel powerless. Public humiliation is always common there. MD enjoys control over employees in a negative and destructive way. Any employee who dares to stand up or question is subjected to retaliation. No one is safe from MD’s unpredictable outbursts. I strongly advise anyone considering a job here think twice. The work culture is unbearable and the emotional toll is immense. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
