...ite (Management and Senior level) are not helpful. There behavior are so rudely. No Salary appraisal. No TA-DA available. There are no personal life. Work-life balance is very bad. They never thinking about his good employees.

...nical knoledges, have no proper work plan, have no official recruitment process. Maximum staffs are joined by references with high pay scale it doesn't matter what are their qualification and experience.

If would say that I am also an employee of this company at Guwahati It's Regional office. Well Management here and good opportunity to get knowledge and experience. well, staff behave and teamwork, as well as Shri Yogesh Tiwari, is also here to handle with high-efficiency work.

COMPANY IS GOOD BUT THE MANAGEMENT WHERE I WORKED IS TOOOO BAD WHY IAM SAYING THIS IS THE MANAGEMENT HIRING THE PEOPLE WHO ARE POLITICALLY RELATED TO THEM AND PEOPLE WHO DESIGNATED THROUGH THE POLITICAL INFLUENCE THEY EVEN DONT KNOW THE SIGNATURE, AND THAT TYPE OF PEOPLE ARE APPOINTED AS INCHARGES ABOVE THE ENGINEERS.
