...nical knoledges, have no proper work plan, have no official recruitment process. Maximum staffs are joined by references with high pay scale it doesn't matter what are their qualification and experience.

No job security. Careers growth should some persons who's was playing politics.no traveling alliance and I didn't receive one rupee salary from this company

Job security is average, culture work are satisfactory. In the management level some persons are very good. Company policies are excellent. Motivation and innovation are good.

...ite (Management and Senior level) are not helpful. There behavior are so rudely. No Salary appraisal. No TA-DA available. There are no personal life. Work-life balance is very bad. They never thinking about his good employees.

If would say that I am also an employee of this company at Guwahati It's Regional office. Well Management here and good opportunity to get knowledge and experience. well, staff behave and teamwork, as well as Shri Yogesh Tiwari, is also here to handle with high-efficiency work.
