They are ready to provide anything to us. not only training,but also food, travel arrangements, convenient time adjustments. But they never compromise the quality of work what we are doing for them. They want everything in perfection. i personally like that work culture.

Dislikes

They provide everything we ask for.but they have very strict time management, they never show any excuse in that. similarly they assess our work quality and they want to provide the same quality as they expect from us.

It's my first time work in a international company. In the interview period I was little poor but the Sir understand my situation and give me a opportunity to show my skills. They teach me so much about web development I was hearing it's in fist time but my IT Head teach me like a teacher and talk me as friend I was so excited. In the joining period I have family issue i can't join in the given date but HR understand my situation and give the solution for it . In Susaha so much benefit I don't know any other company give this type of benefits to the employes. I am so much happy to work in Susaha international

In my personal experience it's a very nice company. We can learn as much as we want,if we have a mindset to learn. They never show any hesitation to teach us. All of them are highly influential people, so they helped me in something out of my working area also. Anytime we can ask them help, that was my confidence by working with them

Dislikes

Its not easy to become a permanent employee in susaha. Once you become permanent, it's heaven. Their benefit packages, allowance etc is too high than most of the companies. Before making permanent employee they keep on watch not only work performance but also inter personal skills, punctuality,police track record etc.

Likes

Their CEO is too young, but a Very nice company culture they are following. I am a retired scientist with 35 years experience. They are treating me with such a high level of respect and politness. Due to their well respected attitute and such an enthusiastic politness, i am even ready to give my service voluntarily free to them.
