I am already experience person but that company join in lower salary in 15k but my situation i will marry and 2child on my family but 1half year work but my salary can't hike so i will really disappointed my role credit officer but take home current salary 17500 only But senior RO salary 20000 take home That only this company dislike So please All credit officer salary dtarting 20k above fixed it like in very much

stream level micromanagement at HO office. maximum origination think how to provide better policy/ environments to our employee but suryoday bank HR or management always think how to reduce existing service. Lots of communication gap. Apart of salary ,don't expect any thing from HR department. HR not provide employee benefit policy . If experience person join this origination feel why i join. joining decision was wrong. Company not provide canteen facility. This is first and only one origination in country where not a single fan provide in canteen area. over all experience if you join HO office you always regrate why i join...

Not Organized, No Timetable, Bad environment, immediate transfer to another place without accommodation in low salary, changes in policy as per their convenience and without consent of employees, heavily disbursing loans to NPA customers, and no robust transaction system, using outdated systems, & not providing basic facilities like internet to the branch office employee have to connect their own mobile via usb. No weekly off

I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonderful team-mates.

In operations team people work very long hours without any extra pay specially girl's are work long hours.

Nothing to like great other then getting salary befor 2days from last day of the month.

Work life balance is no where anyone can see here. No training given to employees for skill development and Upskillng. Everything is being done just for the sake of formality that never impact the business neither the other functions.
