I am already experience person but that company join in lower salary in 15k but my situation i will marry and 2child on my family but 1half year work but my salary can't hike so i will really disappointed my role credit officer but take home current salary 17500 only But senior RO salary 20000 take home That only this company dislike So please All credit officer salary dtarting 20k above fixed it like in very much

Sunday working, no single holiday, 365 days work. Partiality between Branch banking and Microfinance institutions in salary and infrastructure. There is always shown diffrence between two employees in same organization. No work satisfaction.

No job security, anything can happen anytime. HR department is terrible. You cannot question anyone. No carrier growth or learning. Most people lose their enthusiasm and confidence once they enter and stay in the system.
