...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...nt is very good but middle management was totally worst. Like RH of Maharashtra. I have completed 11 years and its totally wasted of time as a no salary increment till day.

Middle management is not trusting on their employees. My LWP marked in Covid-19.

I feel encouraged to come up with new and betterways of doing thing.my skill and abilities are utilised effecency by tge company.In my group ,we participate in deceiding how the work done.The company current activities reflect a staring focus on the customer.My job is enjoyable and challenging.I fell i have job security.

Compensatio is decent, growth is slow.The work pressure is high and salary wii be not increment as per rules.
