Working here feels like a never ending cycle of burnout. Management only cares about their own egos, not the well being of employees. If you're looking for a place that values your mental health or career growth, look elsewhere.

They prefer nepotism . Don't want to hire actual candidate the deserving one . They only hire the person who are releated to there ceo and coo but will not hire the person who is releated to there employee who are actually deserving .

The name Suryavanshi Ventures may sound promising at first glance, but in reality, it operates more like an unstructured, roadside consultancy rather than a professional tech firm.

I worked at Suryavanshi Ventures, which was a deeply disappointing experience. The company culture is highly unprofessional, resembling more of a controlling school environment than a workplace, where employees are treated like servants rather than valued team members. Salaries are consistently delayed, making it feel as though the company is struggling financially. There's a total lack of respect from management who show no appreciation for hard work and instead focus on micromanagement and pushing employees to work extra hours without any compensation. In particular, Mr. Rajul V. a team lead has exceptionally poor team management skills - constantly offloading his own work onto the team without providing any real guidance or support, creating a toxic atmosphere. Additionally, the manager, Mr. Vikrant C. only adds to the stress by fostering a lack of communication and transparency, making the work environment even more demoralizing. If you are considering joining this company, I strongly advise against it unless you can secure a remote position to shield yourself from this toxic office culture.
