All are behaving rudely , especially some people is there they always in a feeling that they only the boss of company,Staff is very very irresponsible & lot of corruption involved in procurement department without knowledge of MD, Lot of salaries not given to labours , Company is running by Partiality by team members,90% of people don't know the proper way of spellings & typing, Some procurement department people will takes leave & will inform they were present at site, per month they will take nearly 10 leaves & remaining days also they will come at afternoon time & will go like 3 & 4 o clock, now also same situation is continuing,Nobody will ask them bcoz there are in the feeling of head of the company.
