...2hrs/day and that too night shifts. No chance of learning new things over there. No hike of salary from last 3 year's. All of the above need to handle the management pressure with kind heart.

...agement is transparent. They is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisas are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Training,job security,career growth,salary.

Competition is decent.but growth is low. And work pressure is high. Sometimes i have to 12-14 hours staight in a day i have to attend client in the evening and sometime late into the night.

Employee is treated like slave, no job security, no work culture, unprofessional management, no transparency, company policy changes from time to time, employee to employee. It's curse working here, no increments rewards for good work, no motivation

No growth No employee development no motivation no rewards no increments since five years bad work culture no policies employees badly treated no job security

I appreciate the support I got from higher authorities, well manner in behavior from all concerns in regard with work related activities.

Dislikes

No increments, since last 3 years, no sick leave benefit, as it had on previous, but removed, in addition, with no benefits been allowed, as stated above had all benefits but removed, thats had not satisfying.
