There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

when I was enrolled that time salary and perks are not very satisfactory but it came know that there is lot of change regarding above

Old management was very good Respected chairman J . P sir good person , Company policies are good and they give good salary hike near about 10%every year

Some time internal politics high , overall experience was good job stability is high , now as per time management change they cause internal issue on floor
