Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Quality Education provided.

Dislikes

It's the best place to work with. Lots of creative and innovative ideas are provided to teach. Besides teaching, personality development as well as grooming of students is done. No restricted timing of course which provides good opportunity to average students improve communication skills gradually. Lots of topics are given to practice and detail grammar is provided with explanation in English and Hindi as well. Best place for all levels English course.
