The job security, you won't be removed unless and until you screw up badly.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The work life balance is the worst. You will be asked to work on weekends too, for the salary they are offering, it's not worth it. Favoritism prevails here. If you can't be in the good books, you are stuck at that level.
