Compensation is decent but only for managerial employees. No bonus is given to the employees. No medical facility is provided. There is no facility provided by the organization. There is no job security. Managers do neither value an individual's innovative idea nor the appreciate hard work. There is no training opportunity provided by the organization.

There is nothing to like in this company except flexible work timing.

Dislikes

Everything. No fixed salary timing (Haven't received salary for 3 months). Lack of professionalism. Lack of administration. Lack of communication. This company doesn't care for about own employees.

...re management is liar. They only communicated the fake things to their employee. If you joined there 1st of all you will not get your salary on time, after 2-3 months you will not get your salary. Even after resignation, you didn't get a single penny. Moreover they just playing with you career and family

Somewhere owners are Humanne. A beautiful Atmosphere despite all issues staffs were happy, giving best, all departments gel well. With new management employees left all on them & the atmosphere is pathetic to work.

...ho too lacks knowledge but major motto politics & pressured old staff to resign. Poor payment, disbursement, Co take money from trade not supply or refund, new guys try to not entertain old claims stating false ( which trade didn't acknowledged) old Employees due not paid, 4/5 month salary with TA/DA always pending,HR is worse don't pay IT, GST, PF, ESI whereas deduct same. As manager don't visit market not aware of competition products good product but don't know to sell or work for same, and Co owner rely more on new people who on joining shows dollups resign & spread bad things,bad mouth also get there dues cleared & old staff who were pillars have left ( but HR not interested on settlement who owe lakhs of rupees as over due salary,TA/DA,other allowances)& with them trade partners too. Proffesionalism lags and unsatisfied employees as all work for salary and if not get how will they run family, or fully dedicate on there job.

There are lots of disliking about this company but ultimate is they do not give salary proper time. They give Dec salary on mid march. And Hiring people like one of the most profitable organization and fooling people. I resign April but they dont give my 2 month pending salary till date.
