No KRA's set for the employees, everyone is doing everyone's work, which leads to high attrition. 6. Company work with outdated approach. 7. Company focus only on numbers and not on quality. 8. Zero focus on employee retention. 9. Company are focused on cost cutting. 10. Most of the rules and regulations are company centric/ are in benefits of company and not on employee. 11. No employee benefits available. (feels are working in a very small startup and not in Pvt. Ltd company)
