...ey still not confirmed me neither I'm entitled for any paid leave or sick leave. Management kept my 2month salary on hold saying I'm not working properly & visiting market regularly. But the truth is, the area I'm staying is in total lock down as 550+ positive cases are found. Instead of supporting me, I got a call from my HR forcing me to give resignation or else they will terminate me. And if they terminate I won't get job anywhere. In super frustration and future tension I agreed to give resignation. I was told that, as I'm still in probation I will get my full n final settlement immediately once I give resignation. So I sent resignation on 15th June 2020 but they are sending me acceptance reply on 24th June 2020 saying my last date of working was 18th June 2020 and my salary will be cleared only after i visit all my dealers and collect payment from them, which is really difficult for me. Inspite of knowing that my wife delivered a baby girl on 31st May 2020, they denied to give me paid leave. It has been really a suicidal situation for me as I'm of no use in my family and I'm failing to feed my family and parents. I blame Surfa Coats India Pvt Ltd management for my this situation and I will complaint it to labour court with all voice recordings.
