...o come office and work otherwise they won't release the previous month's salary. and they have done the same thing I have worked the full month of march but they haven't given me my salary to date even when I've gone there for the very first time for my interview they asked me to pay Rs.1000 to get the job and telling me that's a company policy you will get this amount after the resignation that amounts also I haven't receive till now also I had Rs.14000 on my EPFO account but that also I'm unable to withdrawal due to some date correction issue which needs to be correct from the company side but they are not responding to my Emails.

there are deceitful people, assistance managers are illiterate if you leave your job from here these frauds will not pay your remaining salary I've worked here for two years so no one will be able to give a better review than me. honestly, in my life, I've never seen cheap peoples like Surevin HR's and their managers. literally, I was shocked but that was a great experience for me I did not take any drastic steps towards these frauds because I do not have that much time and I don't think these people are worth talking to. from a normal team leader to a manager everyone will try to make you full whoever is looking for a job here please be aware take everything in writing because they won't give you an appointment or joining latter even whoever will take your interview will be asked you to pay Rs.1000 for the job because this is a company policy. isn't it strange!

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is very poor also career growth is very slow.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Day Night shift for boys,late salary, no others benefits bonus or incentives,no extra income,no extra leaves except week off,poor mesh or canteen and lunch availability,given minimum or less lunch time

Nice working with both organisation iris basically working for customers care .there are inbound and outbound process to provide resolution this organisation has great growing environment where we got quickly success or promotion.i get communication knowledge and technically issues......

Dislikes

Compensation and salary is very low. Work pressure is high. I have attend 250-300 calls a day. Senior support is low. There is no on job training for freshers ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

Team mates are good and trainer and seniors are also good. Working environment is good and I have a good experience in this job. Many more things are not cleared because I worked only for three months project with company.
