...witching to casual Tamil and conducting the process like a patimandram (debate). They claimed to offer an impressive salary of ₹25,000 with a CTC of ₹28,000, which already sounded suspicious. During the interview, the HR personnel provided vague information and kept emphasizing that other companies pay only ₹8,000–₹9,000 for long working hours. They also mentioned a 45-day training period but could not explain the structure clearly. Furthermore, the reviews I came across later confirmed that the company lacks respect for employees, especially from seniors, and the work environment is toxic. There are also reports of being pressured into insurance-related schemes, which raises further concerns about their authenticity. To anyone considering this company, please research thoroughly before attending. My brief interaction was enough to confirm that this is not a professional or reliable place to work. The provided information is accurate; however, I did not work at this company. I only attended the first round of the interview, and my experience ended there. AmbitionBox required me to input a start and end date, which is why I added those details, but I have never actually worked there
