New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

CTC package that company offers is a myth as monthly salary before tax is only 80% of CTC and rest 20% depends on the employee stay in the company. Also the company has poor HR policies in place and are not in the interest of an employee.

Learning is good due to quality projects handled.

Dislikes

... payroll staff. Lack of structured hierarchy in teams. No work from home policy. Salary deductions in case of wfh. Proprietorship culture not comparable with Big4 firms.

They didn't support us during pandemic, Infact they deducted our salary by 50% and also they asked us to work on every public holidays and weekends to compensate for the wfh given to us. I strongly would recommend to not join this firm
