Dislikes

There is lot of politics in between seniors and juniors. Less experienced people with more experienced draftsman won't be healthy environment for freshers and getting salary on time is huge task!

Work culture is oky. It can get better

Dislikes

Everything. It is a terrible place not worth joining at all. Salary will be late and will receive only after begging for it. No growth in firm in terms of work. Toxic work culture. There are no senior architects and head is not even architect or engineer. Its a scam and don't fall for it.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
