Job is not secure even after confirmation , Nothing much to do as developer.No support from managers to understand the system. There is no defined KT session and they expect you to know every thing about the system and DB tables and columns from where it is been updated.

There is very bad politics in SUREPREP. If you are fresher go ahead but for experience do not have growth.

Dislikes

...lots of things dislike about SUREPREP. Sometimes they will call you on Saturday. No Pay for extra Work and fight for to take Comp-off leave.

Project was good, good work satisfaction

Dislikes

1.Zero growth, 2. NO Learning, 3. NO compensation for weekend work, 4. BAD appraisals, 5. Management is not at all bothered about employees' growth and knowledge updating, They just want someone to work with a very small salary that is below company standards 6. Old employees are very much comfortable in the environment and acquired top positions that they don't even bother to improve their skills in terms of technology and management 7. Outside people are hired but no chance is given to internal team members

Likes

Job security is high. Politics is not much prevalent. Work environment is chilled out with the exception of 4 months of tax season.

Dislikes

No skill development. Salary and appraisal are not good. Leaves are very scarce. No paid maternity/paternity leave. Existing employees highly dependent on their current jobs and fear for their jobs due to being less skilled. authority takes advantage of above situation and does as it feels like.

All i like about SurePrep is freedom. There’s no such pressure on employees like other companies.

Dislikes

Top level managements lookout in ground level is almost zero. They don’t have any idea about what’s happening or how there employees are doing.
