The Company was located in My home town. CEO is helpful.

...d within the stipulated time. Company Policy kept on changing from Time to Time. Salary slip not provided . Poor Attendance management System . No ID card of Company. Fake promises , False practise of Recruitment. There is no Bench Strength. They like to the Clients.

Only salary come on time, till you are working.

Company can terminate you anytime, without even giving any prior notice. There is no job satisfaction all the managers are relatives of the company owner, so Management don't listen to recruiter problem. If someone try to open their mouth they will be fired.

No Job security, Management has to check with employees else middle managers playing their own internal games and just firing receuiters without any reason no one is bother to find where is the actual gap.

Everything will be a miserable experience and destroy your career and leave you unemployed for months. 1. Sureminds is on a discrepancy list as it's a fraud company 2. No Employee - Client - Employer engagement. 3. False promises on Job security while hiring and once you are onboarded toSureminds. And ul work for 3 months and they will say 1 year project and then resign you saying no project. 4. Sureminds management give you different information and they will not give you same information. 5. No official contacts will be shared even the HR manager number will not be shared to you during hiring process. 6. The Big fraud company to no help you from day 1. If you are employed from Sureminds you are going to regret and your job stability will be affected and people won't hire you if you give interview because they are on discrepancy list.
