Company left the employees on their own. Not even pay the salaries of work balance before lockdown. Management is not responding. Almost closed the organization in India.

I have worked 7 years with this company but in sep-2019 company suddenly closed and many employees were relieved without any full and final. My Amount is still due but nobody is responding.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
