As a fresher you can learn a lot and sometimes management tries to pull a single person on multiple projects.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor for new joinees ( even though they are experienced ). Insurance coverage (2.5L) is horrible , terrible and what not ( if an employee is working for you then why can't you cover him like other companies) . People who are from the starting of the company are paid well. Indian CTO and Management donot have a SAY as ALL descisions are made by US team. Horrible insurance coverage for employee. They dont give any perks like gym membership , food coupons

People and work culture is good.

People here gained architect and lead positions without having some basics technical skill set. As a professional I expect something to learn. No professional technical growth. Completely lacks skill development and learning.

You get DUMPED at once without any prior notice, Pink slips are under Indian management's sleeve, You try to get recognition, Management is right there to put you in your place. they do not recognise talent, very poor management

When the leaders in india got changed , everything changed. previously i used to love the company but after a big layoff all good talents got wiped off. i dont suggest to join sureify
