as contractbase Fhw ,its very important job, there learning new things everyday But its contract base so there is fear of job loss every 3 months and no growth opportunity in this job

...rking in street light maintenance contract with s.m.c. . Team mates r very good. Salary is low i think s.m.c. has to think about it.in all over surat 80,000 street light poles n maintain by 100 workers n contarctor pay them 8000 or 10,000 salary its too lower.otherwise all good..

Plz think about salary of workers. Contractor not paying skill salray to all workers. Plz sir do for it n give perfect solution for us.

Timing and weather is great afterall it's a government job so can fix any financial issue and it gives increment every year for every SMC Employees. Everything is good.
