Salary Annexture not provide with Offer letter, Salary Slip not provide 1st 6 month PF & Mediclaim not provide 1st 6 month ( 6 month should be safe and careful if joined) MD talk like Local topori / Lucca ( little bit you can understand at interview time) Don't share all vendor and Clint details, if shared that will be your last month of job, ( No Job security)

The staff is quite humble and polite. Even after meeting the other branch mangers a year later or so it doesn't feels like we haven't communicated since long. Surat goods pvt. ltd. and family is quite close to my heart.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
