As far as mine is concerned, work environment is good. Company gives bonus and salary hike regularly. In this testing time also, WFH is followed and adhering to the Govt. Policy by keeping less than one-third of staff at office. Protective atmosphere with sanitiser and other safety health measures are followed. Salary without any cut has been given to all employees. Overall, I like to continue in this organisation.

There was very less support during Covid 19. They asked all the associates who joined 6 months prior to Covid 19 to take a long break without pay. They just informed that they would call if situation clears up and to look for alternate jobs if necessary. It was very unprofessional the way they handled the situation. Out of blue they asked us all to go out and abandoned us.

Dislikes

...ure won't suit lot of people. They are very rigid and very difficult to work in. There is no work-life balance and the pay also is poor for the amount of work you are expected to put in daily.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
