Economical growth of engineers is too much low means salary is low. As well as company taking engineers on third party contract.due to uneducated management it’s difficult to staying in Supriya for engineers.

...bish management who plays POLITICS very well. No appreciation for your hardwork. They force to work 10-14 hrs per day and gives so low salary(10k) and expect so much from you... Management have no sense how to talk, loss of commonsense. So called Educated but No professional attitude. Leg pulling habits of people working there... They never value and respect who works hard...No any facility provided for employees...no canteen, no bus... No matter for which position you are working, u have to work by loosing your self respect...

You have the Managing Director who barks and also boasts about his money and how he uses cuss words for Modi. He yells at the top of his voice. He may die of a brain stroke 1 day employees are very very scared and are like puppets he boasts of going to kedarnath and spending 10 lakhs for an Aarti darshan but whats the use when his actions are just the opposite . God will never accept such a person's prayers. some people cannot handle rising the ladder and growing and reaching the top .... the monery is there but the class isnt there. Treat people well instead of boasting Mr Wagh . You have to understand 1 rule ... Your Karma will drag you down 1 day in the pits along with your company. Be humble and treat people with respect before its too late.
