No Salary and Career growth in this company. You work Hard but don't except any promotion and salary hike. But you have to work for more than 12 hours. This company doesn't pay for night shifts also. If you have knowledge you wont get any salary hike rather candidates who come through referral get high paid salary.

I don't like anything about this company.Not corporate level of organisation.

Dislikes

Don't have job security.They can fire you anytime. Not adhere with the working hours . They will provide you second hand laptop which will be on rent from the local shop.
