My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

It is good for the company that I am working in the company.

Dislikes

No management, just like goods carried train but without engine, no salary, no increment, you have to bring money from your own house to run the site, they don’t pay the contractor after doing the work, Right now company has to under NCLT. Such company should be penalised and blacklisted.

Bonding and interaction between higher authority and ground staff is beyond limit. I never see such interaction.

Restless schedule though it was field job. I get it Work have to done no matter what it is Sunday or anyday. That is my point of view afterall.
